1. What we provide

VPluse VPN — a service based on the VLESS+Reality protocol, with servers across 7 countries: 🇷🇺 Russia (Moscow), 🇸🇰 Slovakia, 🇪🇪 Estonia, 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan, 🇭🇰 Hong Kong, 🇹🇷 Turkey, 🇹🇭 Thailand. We don't guarantee 100% uptime, but we aim for maximum stability.

Prices: month — 199₽, 3 months — 449₽ (≈150₽/mo, −25%), year — 1599₽ (≈133₽/mo, −33%). Payment: SBP, Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency (USDT/TON/BTC via CryptoBot).

2. Free trial

• 1 hour free right after sign-up on the site (no email confirmation).
• +7 days free after linking and activating the Telegram bot.
• 7-day trial straight from the Telegram bot, no website needed.
• The trial is available once per Telegram account.

3. What's allowed

• Using the VPN to bypass blocks, protect privacy, access content.
• Connecting from your personal devices (phone, laptop, tablet, router) on a single subscription.
• Sharing access with family members within reasonable personal use.

4. What's prohibited

Using the service for:

• Attacks on third-party servers (DDoS, brute-force, port scanning).
• Spam and phishing.
• Distribution of viruses or malware.
• Activity that violates the laws of your country of residence.
• Reselling access to third parties as a separate service.

Violating these terms gives us the right to immediately disable your VPN profile without refund.

5. Referral program

• For each invited user who pays for a subscription, you get +30 days of VPN free.
• Bonus days accumulate and are applied at your next payment.
• Self-referral and other forms of gaming the system are forbidden — they'll zero out your bonuses.
• The referral link isn't to be packaged as a service for third parties: personal sharing only.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable after payment, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time — the current period runs to its end, and no further charges happen.

If technical problems on our side make the service unusable for more than 24 hours — message @nikooddsbot and we'll extend your subscription for that time free.

7. Liability

VPluse VPN is a tool. What you do through it is your responsibility. We're not responsible for:

• The content of websites you access via VPN.
• Third-party actions on your devices.
• Blocks or sanctions in your country for using a VPN.
• Indirect losses from service interruptions.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the bot. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new version.

9. Applicable law

Services are provided from servers in Europe (🇸🇰 Slovakia, 🇪🇪 Estonia, 🇩🇪 Germany — management server), Russia (🇷🇺 Moscow), Asia (🇭🇰 Hong Kong, 🇹🇭 Thailand) and border regions (🇰🇿 Kazakhstan, 🇹🇷 Turkey). EU law applies regarding personal data processing (GDPR).
